yeah all that stock they got again ... looks like half of it damaged goods. I ordered 3 in total on 3 diff occasions and all were damaged beyond ANY repair. Ridiculous.

But yeah man, this is one bad ass steelbook and surely to rise in value in 2013 big time!

i ordered one of these earlier in the year and it is stunning!

Glad i did at the time and still have it :scat:

I might get this..what is the amazon.ca packaging like?

Mine came in their usual flimsy envelope with bubble wrap but item came 100% MINT. It's pot luck mate with Amzon as I have had some really bad experiences before with them. A fellow member has mentioned a new improved packaging for his Sin City he just received and pictures look promising but again that's not conclusive and can vary.

Horrendous in my experience (a rubbish jiffy bag). Others have received their orders in cardboard boxes more recently, but it's certainly not upto the level of other Amazon sites on the whole.

I might order a couple of the other releases for a box to be more likely for shipping rather than the possibility of a jiffy bag

Thanks

It may be worth giving them a try. You can order safely knowing that if it does arrive damaged it won't be an issue to get a replacement or a refund. I've stopped ordering from there though. It was getting a bit ridiculous. Yes their customer service is great and I probably made a profit of Amazon's good nature, but I'd rather just get the item I paid for in good condition. I've ordered A History of Violence from there a few times and yet I still don't have a copy in my collection due to their poor packaging.

With amazon.ca's good customer service I would have had a punt at this despite the poor packaging but it's just above the UK customs limit sadly.

Any Canadian Ninja's willing to host a GB for this? I want this also. ;)

I share the same concerns about Amazon's packaging and there's the customs issue too.

Always ordered one at a time, never had any damaged. Only time I ordered two, got stung by customs.....

Cheapest shipping method chosen, and it still arrives within a couple of days via TNT, and tracked!:D
