Yeah, I'd be willing to pay €9.99 for both steelbooks and another €10 for shipping with tracking (if possible). Much better than the €16 per piece I paid on amazon

Following a report of our customers, we are checking the article features with our distribution center.

Nothing wrong with the description of the steelbook or it's contents why do amazon make a product unavailable when a customer reports they are unhappy about the description and cause the item to be listed as unavailable.
Fake report as far as I'm concerned by a customer most likely a ebay seller or Third Party Seller selling on Amazon.

Customers can't get a replacement even though they have the stock but the amazon system lists that they don't until they solve the problem with the description.

The customers who submit a fake report should be banned from amazon and their accounts closed

I think it's a good idea personally. If customers are complaining of damaged items then there may be the chance it's not due to shipping and may be a stock issue. Something fallen on their box of supplies for example or from the production side. Saves them sending out more dmaged copies and getting more complaints

Like I said before I pretty much always get some form of damage from Amazon italy and I try not to order anymore but I've always had just one steel sent. This was the first time I bundled (with gladiator and eyes wide shut) but still the same issue unfortunately (also only one steel was in bubble wrap - eyes wide shut and it was worse off!! Don't makes sense)

I ordered several items but they shipped my neon steelbook and Inglourious Basterds slip in one package and the IB steelbook in one by itself and by pakage I mean those brown letters that made of slight thicker papper, I think zavvi or play used them for short time, mine looks fine have scrutinized them under an microscope

It's getting weirder as days go by and my customs office doesn't have any answers.
It was a non-tracking shipment so can't even check where it is. Sucks :/
