Not familiar with HDzeta releases. Why is the spine of this box set design (slipcover?) so thick, what more is included in this release along with the steelbook?

It includes 2 Steelbooks, the soundtrack and the Tars 3D numbered card so it has to be fairly thick.

HD zeta have never done that before but there isn't much news about the 1/4 slip. Perhaps @wxlinkswd can give some more info.

I'm a bit lost, have never ordered a HDZeta release so help me out here

Basically there are 2 versions of the release, with the same steelbooks

Version no. 1; ONE Physical Steelbook in a Lenticular Cover including a Slipbox, a Booklet and 6 Postcards

Version no. 2; TWO Physical Steelbooks: One Lenticular cover and One 1/4 Slip, in a boxset which includes Tars Metal Card and OST CD?

Correct?

Is there no ULTIMATE set which includes everything? I.e. What if I want the 1/4 Slip + Lenti Cover + Postcards + Metal Card + OST?

Also, what is a 1/4 slip?

Saving Private Ryan was part of the Exclusive/WEA line-up too (#4) and it didn't have a loose lenticular card, that's why I'm hoping they will reiterate that great/logical idea here too .

I'm pretty sure the exact same Steelbook that has the Lenti, booklet and postcards will be the one that is included in the boxset. If you get the boxset you will have everything.
