Received first order from JSDVD, extremely protected on the packaging.

Shipped on 27th of Aug and arrived on the 5th of September via Airmail. May have arrived sooner but i was out of town until the 5th.

What's the total that you had to pay for this steel to ship to LA (including shipping), if you don't mind I'm asking?

Well they charged me NT$820 to South Africa

But it is better than the UK edition IMHO.

I for one paid NTD 310 for airmail (~$44usd). Shipped to San Francisco. Left Taiwan on 9/4 and its out for delivery now.

Mine got stopped at customs on 29/08 and was 08/09. So you're looking at a week - 10 days at least. It should have moved by Thur I would imagine!

This is my first Taiwan steel and boy is this a beaut! The slip looks awesome, and I dunno if it's just me but this feels like a really good quality steel and the seal/wrapping on this steel seems a lot better and tighter than I'm what I'm used to

Yes, the shrinkwrap on these Taiwan SteelBooks is top notched, probably only matched by that of the Blufans' steels.

Just noticed all blue on front and back has a metallic effect when put up against the light.
