I read alot of comments hoping this will have a similar look and feel to the 1st 2 iron man steels play released. Didn't see any that would of worked well with the 1st two. So i thought I'd try and create one. think this would look good with the other 2. & forgive the rough edges, meant to be a quick mock up

(btw on the back cover imagine it without the marvel and iron man3 logo.)

That's not for sure yet...it is still unknown if this will be region free or coded at this point.

The UK steelbook for Avengers Assemble didn't have 3D (or an uncut version of the movie) and as it was the first to be released by Disney I wouldn't get your hopes up. Still, stranger things have happened.

At time of shipping, so make sure your card will be up to date on release otherwise Zavvi have a habit of cancelling your order rather than letting you know. Not always and for everyone, but for some unlucky buyers.

I would not expect this edition to get 3D, it is not Disney's style. If this was an American steelbook then it would it probably get it but hey have been screwing us for years over here.

I couldn't care less about 3D, it's a nice novelty at the cinema a couple times a year but I can't be bothered with it at home.

As said before IM3 is truelly crappy when it comes to 3D as it was made during post production.

That's the difference with films made in 3D, and those converted to 3D.

I can understand when people want the 3D version of post-converted movies included in the case (especially if paying a premium price for steelbooks), but to me, they weren't really made that way and as such I have no time for them. It would be like releasing a pan and scan version and saying, well, yeah, that's not how we made it but it's how the cinema showed it.
