Why an 11pm launch time? Are all Iron Man 3 releases being launched universally at the same time? Italy, Spain etc....?

Also why have the same price as the 3D versions if it's not going to have it? I know other countries got 3D releases of CA and Thor but those 3D versions were always more expensive than the 2D Steelbooks. Am I right?

Yes but isn't it Disney that are actually producing the Steelbook like with The Avengers? I agree though that it will probably be the same everywhere except for a few differences in content.

Well, hard to say who is in charge of the design, but if you look a the mockup, it does have Paramount on the spine. So if it was just Disney, then it would only be them on the packaging.

For the new members out there, so there is no confusion, movie studios don't actually produce steelbooks - that's done by Glud & Marstrand, marketed by a firm named Scanavo.

Retailers and movie studios work on the design of the edition, but retailers have less control in some situations than they would like.

If I were a betting man, I'd say all are embossed...considering the more you print, the cheaper it is.

Of course, maybe that's why we see a high price from Zavvi.

Order now, and cancel later if you're not happy and find it cheaper somewhere else with embossing.

If it's the same design all round and includes 3D then Zavvi is the best option.

If it's the same design but UK has no 3D then Spain looks the better bet (If it will include the 3D)

Italy's €41.44 is just crazy if it's a 1 disc Steelbook

Disney are handling this release (like they did with Avengers). The steelbook will most likely be the same worldwide (like Avengers). I'd be surprised if it were any different.

It might be the same Steelbook but it doesn't mean the content will be the same.

Avengers UK didn't have 3D and was only one disc (I know it doesn't matter to some people, but it does to me) whereas other countries had a multiple disc release of the same Steelbook.

This is a good quick comparison, what about the German version do we know anything about that yet?? I would check myself but I'm quickly falling into a coma with tiredness!!
