and 100k+ worldwide.. much like thor and captain america.. except that this steelbook looks weak

I didn't realise Thor was released in those kind of figures. Is that not as rare as the first 2 Iron Man Steels?

Has the Italian release definitely been confirmed to have the 3D?

It's working out more expensive, still only a 1-disc (according to Amazon's listing) and just because there's a mock up slip with a 3D logo on it doesn't prove anything for me

Yeah, a big let down that it's not the 3D version. I also thought the price would drop, I see now that won't be the case.

Anyways, I won't cancel the order for now awaiting what the other countries come up with.

Well this Blu-ray Steelbook is their number one seller at the moment, beating out the Amaray 3D version. I guess if it's doing so well, lowering the price is going to be far from their minds.

but how many of those will be cancelled? I'd say at least half knowing many of us order multiples for the various reasons

i guess youre referring to the play.com releases?

nah, those were catalogue titles by the year of their steelbook release in 2012.. they have a worlwide exclusive artwork and are limited to 4000, while thor got the same artwork in like 15 different countries and i know for example that in germany 6000 thor steelbooks were sold (at least 4000 by müller (german drug store) +2000 by media markt (in an exclusive set together with a replica of thors helmet).. i guess even more were sold in the uk, but thats just my assumption

We get done over in the UK one disc what the hell, no 3d and very limited bonus features for the price it is not worth it hell no and the dam steelbook is a bit of a mismatch artwork on the back does not match the front, a pass for me.

This is released in Sweden aswell and prob whole scandinavia, I bet this Steel is printed at 100 K.

Loads of people are now cancelling this steel due to the worldwide release without startling different artwork.

I had to cancel a different steelbook on Zavvi so that I could order something else and it only has a few options/reasons as to why you are cancelling. I think that if Zavvi had a box (like Amazon) where you could write why you were cancelling (price too high, print run) they would get the message a bit better that people flying off the handle on here on EVERY Zavvi thread.

Just a thought.

I have the dilemma now of do i cancel my pre order for iron man 3 steelbook from amazon germany and order this instead. or stick with that pre order, which despite being from germany even with postage will cost less and sits with my other german editions of iron man movies!
oh the hardship!!!
