For what its worth, I saw it in the cinema in 3D and it added nothing to the film whatsoever...so I for one dont care about the 3D disk or lack of, I agree for the price point it maybe should include the 3D disk but for me it would just be and extra unused disk much like the digital copy disks included in many releases

Or is it just more of a case that studios were being generous with their triple play Bluray/DVD/Digital copy or Bluray/Bluray 3D/DVD/Digital copy combo packs so now its just a Blu/digi copy it feels like we are being short changed?

Well, you can call me a wimp, but you know I'm right .
Besides: we all saw that, as a HDN member, we sometimes do have influence on Zavvi (using the example of "the sixth sense"). Wouldn't bet on it in this case though...

I've cancelled my Zavvi order and gone for the Amazon.It version. I think it boils down to having the choice. It would have been great to go for a 3d option at this price and, say, the normal version at a lower price, but I suppose greed enters the equation! the good old days of £12.99 on HMV! Lol!

Really considering cancelling this even though the artwork as grown on me.. I only have the previous 2 Iron Mans on amaray anyway so its not as if I'm completing a set!

i think it's bad enough to overcharge us this amount for the SB the very least they could have done is give us a 3D disk! Contemplating cancelling my zavvi order and sticking with one of the other versions.

i am more interested as to whether it comes with an ultraviolet/digital copy, not got a 3d Tv, have no plans to get a 3d tv, but i do watch a lot of films on my ipad/phone when tarvelling and on breaks from work.
price is very high if its just a steelbok considering German steelbook is 15euros

I'm sticking with my pre-order but I kind of hope the price drops a bit. I think it's unlikely seeing as Zavvi seems to be gradually upping their prices for no discernible reason, but who knows.

Plus, I enjoyed the film and would probably buy it new regardless - so a few extra notes for a steelbook is not too bad.

its a Disney UK release so dont expect more than the single movie Disc

unsure, but if so its at least 'supposed' to be 3D
best to order it now and change your mind later if it turns out to NOT include 3D

I highly doubt there will be a US / Canadian release for IM3 We would have heard about it by now. Though we all know if there was, there would be none of these single disc releases we keep seeing in the UK.

See the problem is when IM1 & 2 were released by play as steels they had already been out for a while. This will be a new release and new releases are always £15 ish, so im guessing they can charge what they see fit.

Still pricey, but its a no brainer for me, cant wait for it.
