It is a rip off but its hard to sit on your hands and wait when you see everyone else has one. You want one of your own so you take the dive, its kinda like a wife lol

It was a must have for me. Only collect UK steels and ain't interested in 3D. Got it with the discount code aswell so was under £22. Perfect for me, looks quality next to 1 & 2 but can see why a lot of you went for the Italian edition if your big on the 3D gimmick.

So £21.99?!

Not sure about this one, arrived safely though they appear to have scaled back their packaging. NO spine slash! It might be that this very tight cardboard mailer plus the thin protective liner may work better despite appearances as it allows zero movement within the packaging?

Anyway, it's good to kick-start the Phase 2 collection, I hope that Zavvi continue the chest-plate/logo style for the rest of the releases - say an embossed hammer for Thor 2 etc. Would make this look much better than it does in isolation - it's a bit dull tbh.

It will prob' match the inevitable Zaavi 2014 releases of Iron Man 1 & 2 which I will also pick up - so says my crystal ball dedicated to overpriced barebone steelbook releases...

got mine today, nice steel but the inside artwork is pretty bad. Picture is kinda fuzzy and I dunno Iron Man's face looks a bit odd in the spine part of the inside artwork. No Disney code though... boo!

Why didn't you just get the Italian version? It's got everything?

For what you'd spend on the 3D Amaray and now this, it would have covered it??

I've been thinking about this as well, what if this became part of Zavvi's new "Marvel Collection", followed by the Thor and Captain America Steels....

Immediately followed by the "How far can we take this?" Limited Edition Biscuit Collection initially consisting of an uber rare 1000 print run of {INSERT RANDOM BACK CATALOGUE TITLE HERE} with half a Digestive Biscuit occupying the space where the blu ray would normally reside and all pre-orders requiring the deeds to one's left testicle or ovary depending on the sex of the consumer in question.

I've been buying too many steels - it may be making me bitter...

Just so I have this straight in my head. A few years ago I bought the HMV steelbook for Thor and in that I got a bluray, DVD and digital copy for around £18.
Today I got a steelbook with one bluray for £23.99

Nice.

It's the exact same Steelbook but has 2 discs. 3D and regular Blu Ray discs.
