I bought the Lenti on Ebay and when I opened it I had some scratches on the back. So the anal part of me that I hate drove me back to ebay for the 1/4 non exclusive slip to just get a clean steelbook and same thing, clean front but scratches on the back and same spot too. I was wondering if any others have opened and had the same issue. It really sucks because these are supposed to be "premium" steelbooks but it seems they have plenty of quality issues. I just feel these should never have scratches and dents under the jcards when the shipping box had no damage because it means they saw it was damaged but packaged it anyway and then charge "premium" pricing for sub par steels. Also this isn't just directed at Kimchi, I have many blufans with some unfortunate damage that definitely occurred before shipping. I'm just venting but I do think about quitting collecting on a constant basis because of it. It really does suck waiting months for an item and then it's limited with no replacements and you have a nice limited damaged steelbook on the shelf.

Not with mine. Under the lenti the steel is absolutely spot on. Bad luck that you got 2 damaged ones though

My plain edition has 2 dents and a paint chip. Very poor QC in this release but many won't complain as they will keep theirs sealed

Personally, I'd rather have a paint chipped version than have not received it at this point. And I'm normally fairly OCD about that sort of thing.
If you've actually received a copy, count yourself lucky - there are a fair few of us that haven't and have no idea if we ever will.

Don't get me wrong though, receiving a damaged Steelbook definitely sucks
If it really bothers you, you always have the option to either return it for a full refund or perhaps see if you can get a partial refund for the damage though.

I just took a look at my lenti again and it's just so beautiful, easily one of the best lentis I have in my collection (together with nova's Captain America). It's just amazing how sharp the picture is and honestly I can't imagine that the blufans one will be better. However, the blufans one will be a slipbox which I actually prefer over the slipcase and it will house an awesome steelbook. So probably a combination of both versions would be the best possible solution

Still nothing here, no Iron Man and no letter from Border Force, I did receive Dallas Buyers Club yesterday, took around 9 days to arrive from despatch so all those saying its the time of year for the IM delay should think again.

I understand that there was a series of unfortunate events that occured with this release. I feel bad for all the Ninjas who had trouble on this one. I'm counting my blessings for sure. Somehow I managed to escape the fire on this one.

EDIT:

With Consideration to all of those who've had a bad experience with this release. I really hope these issues do get resolved.

What rotten luck for this to have happened on this particular release.
