I just rang borderforce the guy did a check for me on my date of birth and name and address and couldn't find anything registered with them boooooo

I've always thought as DVD being a generic acronym for disc-based media.

After all, a bluray is still a Digital Video Disc.

Either that or Tony is just pandering to the incorrect term originally used by a probably dated Border Force form.

Tony just put up a post on Facebook asking to send the uk customs email address again from the letter I guess, seeing as I don't have one I thought one of you guys who's had one let him know

Nope it was the Plymouth based office, they said if they receive a parcel and such they have to send a letter by law that explains your rights and your right to appeal and how to appeal and such

The number I rang was 01752 765817 he took my name D.O.B and address and couldn't find anything at all so I'm now thinking that border force doesn't even have them

I think these parcels are at Heathrow Worldwide. Distribution Centre as that address is what is on the letter sent to UK customers and is the address for Heathrow Worldwide. Distribution Centre
This is also the address you have to send back your letter and request to not destroy your parcel

That's not the Main Border Force Address but just Border Force IPR Team listing at Heathrow Worldwide. Distribution Centre

have tried to get number and no joy, email from Tony will do no good as it won't get to Border Force, they obviously don't want anybody to be able to get in touch with them.
