If these are to be destroyed, would you be able to ask for proof (that they have been destroyed), this might sound daft but there is a small fortune wrapped up in this lot and all it takes is some dishonest p*ick to come along and make them 'disappear'. AGAIN GUTTED FOR YOU COLLECTOR'S WHO SPENT YOUR HARD EARNED CASH:(:(:(

When it comes to these officials there's no such thing as providing you proof. It's their word and that's it. Anyway it won't come to that as I believe Tony will have the documents in the post as week[emoji106]

I hope your right, if these are destroyed then I believe maybe the buyer's can't ask, but Kimchi as a company could certainly ask, it's there merchandise and them who will be out of pocket if they have to provide refund's.

It would be best if Tony sent Kinchidvd reply to the correct address

Border Force,
IPR Team,
HWDC,
Axis park,
Hurricane Way,
Langley,
Berkshire
SL3 8AQ

Kimchidcd sent an email to UK Customs which is a different department but hopefully they passed this onto Border Force at Heathrow Worldwide. Distribution Centre

To be safe it would be a good idea if KimchiDVD sent a registered letter with the message sent to UK Customs to the above address

@wayne71 this address was posted by Paul a few pages back. Hopefully it's the one you need

@zoneism thanks, I had the address as I sent my letter yesterday whicht hey should have received. I was wondering if I had missed an email address.

I may be able to get one from my work.....

Scratch that, the only ones I can find are from the gov.uk site. They dont even want us Civil Servants finding them!!

I just come back and i have to say they not easy to deal with(i spent 1h in a lobby for security reasons, they check my details) I spoke with two guys and both claim if we want this case resolve best option is sent them email with all documents. Then I show them letter from BF (no email address) they told me is one on website. Then when I told them you guys sent a tons of emails but so far without any respond and that's way I'm here they claim they can talk only with legal represents of the company (KimchiDvD) I ask them if they can pass through all documents to this case officer but "Rules" doesn't allowed them do this. Basically we can't spoke with BF officers in person and on the phone, only way is email or letters -"Rules" . One of them read carefully all documents Ian sent me so i hope he's gonna do something about this cos he say all arguments (on Ian letter)looks good + KimchiDvD license agreement with Paramount studio - but they can't take this documents from me(Tony need sent them ) which he did so hopefully they do their job .
Thanks for trying :)

Just checked and found my letter got to them earlier today, so I'm hoping I'll hear something back from them soon.

Still not received my letter and despite calling numerous borders and customs related numbers, I can't find any information out linked to my order. All they keep telling my is consumer rights and asking questions about kimchi! I can only assume I am at the mercy of whether Tony (or the numerous letters from other ninjas) can cause a stay of execution for all of the items. Just out of curiosity, has everyone received the same destruction date or have the letters which arrived most recently being given a few extra days? To add insult to injury, Tony had included a replacement copy of the Memento steelbook in with my Iron Man as my original arrived damaged so I can only guess that is to be destroyed too!

Edit: Spoke to a really helpful guy at HMRC - he ran all the checks and couldn't locate my item. He's given me a number for the Borders and Customs team that deal with IPR though (shut now) but I will try them in the morning and see if I can get anywhere. It's an 0115 number, any tried that?

Could you tell me how this goes?
And what's the full number? I'll give it a go if I get a second. I have had no letter but my Iron Man and TDKR are MIA
