Can't really complain if they're not here until Monday, as that's the official release date. Would love to have them arrive tomorrow (Saturday) though.

Glad to hear everything was sorted in the end for you Sunny. I used to work in a warehouse that was run by a bunch of monkeys, so stuff was forever going missing... it would sometimes take us days or even weeks to find lost stock/orders. It just goes to show that we all make mistakes, but Play obviously don't mess around when it comes to correcting them. I'm more than impressed with all the effort they've been putting in recently... I seriously can't fault them!

Now I just hope my steelbooks turn up safe and sound so I don't have to take all that back.

I dont mind when some of my orders go missing. But the point is, they CANNOT be replaced. That is the scary part for me.

That is how I felt and I know the feeling when I received the wrong orders which Play have done a lot of work sort my issue out. That is when you have to ask some members who are willing and kindly be able to sell one at cost or perhaps trade for something.

my friend in the UK hasn't received them either. Probably Monday. I don't care when they arrive as LONG as they arrive. That is the end game

Where I used to work, they made me aware there is a postal service offered below 2ND class This was when sending letters, they weigh the entire stock and send it out for non essential items. Probably longer than 3-5 days but you can't be sure with these things.. also we're still within the 3-5 days as someone mentioned

Great news I just received. Just had a phone call from representative at Play.com. They have located all my orders and are safe in the warehouse!! So happy now . It is believed to be 'human error' with the packing of steelbooks as they are not done by machine and hand picked by members of staff. I got to give credit to Play.com who went all the way to find and locate all Iron Man 1 steels safe. Must had been a headache going through so many orders and checking the warehouse.

They will all be dispatched soon and I just need to return all the Iron Man 2's so they can be returned to their rightful owners.

Thank you so much to everyone for offering their support and credit to Play.com for conducting their investigation into this.

Got my IM1 today, no IM2 yet but they were dispatched a day later (tuesday) so I have a feeling they'll arrive tomorrow.

Bit annoyed though as all of them are slightly damaged in some way, and not all of them were purchased for me.

Has anyone else's copies got these kind of black lines across the front? I have 2 which have the same problem. They're not scratches but look to be from manufacturing, maybe going through a machine or something. See the pics below (I've also included a pic of a copy which I opened which has paint damage). It doesn't show up too brightly on the pics but in person they can be seen easily. There is 2 of them on the bottom half of the front and then 1 on the bottom edge.
