Great news I just received. Just had a phone call from representative at Play.com. They have located all my orders and are safe in the warehouse!! So happy now. It is believed to be 'human error' with the packing of steelbooks as they are not done by machine and hand picked by members of staff. I got to give credit to Play.com who went all the way to find and locate all Iron Man 1 steels safe. Must had been a headache going through so many orders and checking the warehouse.
They will all be dispatched soon and I just need to return all the Iron Man 2's so they can be returned to their rightful owners.
