IRON MAN FS RAFFLE?????

For what? That was a raffle for entries to the contest and half $$$ to the site. Unless something else happened.

Maybe he lied and thought it was an easy way to rip people off.
I think these raffles are strange, the ones I've seen are half to HDN which is great and half to the raffle organiser, it's a great way to sell your disc for lots of money ? 
I think the half to HDN is strange, I think that is kinda high IMHO, since the organizer is well, organizing everything and providing the steelbook.
I think the organizer should be free to decide which percentage he gives to HDN with a minimum of 25%. I also believe HDN staff should apply stricter rules and only allow trusted members or members with a certain amount of positive trading feedback to organize a raffle.
I don't know if there are already rules like these though

I don't agree. It's like gambling, people should be responsible for their own decisions, but there should be rules to make it safer.
Raffles are a great idea but hopefully this is not a scam.

I don't think there is any reason to be worried guys, I reckon they are just working out the logistics and finer details of such a raffle
I've got no reason to think anyone has been scammed and would advise we just wait patiently. Jake (joswin) is trusted from what I gather and I'm in no doubt the raffle is genuine
To the comments about how much goes to HDN, that is normally decided by the raffle organiser. I get a chance to win IM FS for £5 and also donate to the upkeep of my second home. Win win

We don't set any type of % or anything of the sort on any organizer, even though that's probably what is being perceived with these raffles. I assure you, we don't go forcing people to give us any %.
As for the FS raffle, we'll shed some light soon enough. It wasn't a scam of any sort.
When I did mine, I donated half to the site. I had I think 75 entries at $5 each for a total of $375. I donated $180 to the site after the raffle was finished.
