No, it was in stock again from Amazon (albeit at a higher price of 6090 Yen).

They do seem to be trickling through in very small quantities, so it's worth checking in every now and then. It's come back in stock every day over the past 3 days.

Yeah that was the price I ordered at. I don't see that one on the site right now, but maybe it was because I ordered one already.

That's a tough one. It's not rare right now. It was a 4k print run and it's everywhere in Japan - still in stock in HMV stores etc,

It's also a thoroughly crap film in most people's estimation, and the real grails tend to be more mainstream franchises (Iron Man, Captain America, T2 etc).

Definitely a lovely steelbook though, and the extras are lavish, so maybe it will pick up value once it becomes harder to find?

Only you can decide that, for me personally its not worth the price but each to their own. Japanese steels are always expensive and a lot of the time it's just a nice slip that people pay for. I can't justify the extra cost but I know a lot of collectors do.

Well I paid 4000 Yen for it, now on Amazon.jp for 8500 Yen. Not selling it mind; when I get it that is, ahem.

I ordered one at the 8500 Yen price but I am worried as its a single order it will arrive damaged and at that price I will probably shoot myself!! :sniper:



The risk you take I suppose when ordering one steel from Amazon Japan even with gift wrap.

Too bloody much, that I don't dare to think about!! Worked out bout 60 GbP without customs!! Which I will get stung for as UK customs are all over amazon!! Your making me kind of regret it now?? Ha.. Anyone want a copy for a 100 GBP???
