MOD UPDATE - turns out King of Steel Media (@Kosm aka Matt aka CreativePlus aka MovieCrate) is most likely a scammer to some extent, so I urge people not to purchase from him. If you've been unfortunate enough to have done so already, then please make a claim through your bank/Paypal ASAP!

Hi All,

As I see more and more complaints about this reseller and have a issue myself with this guy, I was wondering what's going on, I ordered some 'in stock' items back in November;

...And now still waiting for the refund as I wad done waiting and especially when this fella informed a couple weeks back that the OC of Tenet was NOT even in his possession. WTF?!?! And now I get these mails regarding these custom releases he's releasing himself...
How is it even possible if you cannot even manage forwarding 'in hand' items...

Weetcollection Shipping

Due to sickness shipping for the remaining Boxsets for Weetcollection The Dark Knight has been delayed and will resume from next week.

Customers who have created PayPal cases will not receive their items. These cases result in the PayPal anccount being locked out and the money used for shipping is placed on hold. Instead the order will be passed on to others who are on waiting lists. If you decide to cancel the cases before midnight tonight, we will keep your order confirmed.

Many thanks

I was all good on the understanding happy train, as I too got this email in my junk box, and it's Friday.

That was until, that last contradictory sentence reading cancel today, get the goods anyway, rather than cancel yesterday, someone else gets the goods. If true, someone really understands the PayPal process of complaint and payment plan action.

I'll overlook the spelling mistake. Now time to get out of the dumpster, err, junk box and continue the weekend (POETS).

Should make more sense now edited...

Due to dishonesty and a lack of integrity shipping for the remaining Boxsets for Weetcollection The Dark Knight has been delayed and will resume from next week.

Customers who have created PayPal cases (or anyone else for that matter) will not receive their items. These cases result in the PayPal anccount being locked out and the money used for shipping is placed on hold. Many thanks

I had to make a total of three PayPal cases against him last year! I sat there for months, in hope I would get releases (that I'd paid in full) many months after official release day.

It's quite sad that is still going on... I hope everyone gets their hard earned money back.

The Al Pacino script has a 10% discount right now, come on guys !
He's advertising all kinds of 'sales' constantly, like 40% off for 5 mins (literally), or that UHDClub Mission Impossible Boxset for £98, that we agreed almost a year ago he'd send me as part of refund for MantaLab orders.

Hi, I'm in dispute with this seller over the steelbook for The Creator (ordered in April 2024 and not received) and those for the Mummy trilogy (ordered in July 2024 for delivery in February 2025 and not received). I was hoping for some action from Paypal at least as a mediator with the seller (their 180 day deadline having passed) every time I call I get a different operator telling me they will contact kingofsteel but I never hear back.
Does anyone know of a UK buyer protection organisation I could contact? Thank you in advance for your answers.

When you call PayPal, ask for a supervisor. If prompted for a reason, tell them "I have a dispute and a complaint about the service". Both reasons are true since you're not getting anywhere with the regular agents.

They will try to dissuade you claiming they can help instead of connecting you blabla, just insist politely and present your case clearly to the supervisor once connected.

Time is not on your side since the 6-month period has passed but supervisors have more leeway to maneuver.

Good luck.

Firstly, you have my sympathies... Clearly another example of @Kosm ripping customers off...
Have you tried pursuing the issue with your card provider also?
Not sure if there's a time limit similar to PayPal but worth a try...
