No actually Lenti A small Boooklet, envelop for Pictures are Inside the Steelbook,
Fullslip Booklet is within Fullslip, but the envelop with the art card are also within the Steelbook

so I guess you are right... although the spots that look like steels haven't fully dried properly that I imagine happened at Scanavo...it's not a scratch it looks a bit similar like when Blufans Wall-e had the not being fully dried issue...but in a different way as they are not straight lines but more random spots.
Yep I would imagine the quality control issues must have happened at production. A lot of gloss black steels have this issue but there are plenty out there that haven't. For the prices we are paying you would hope to get a product without any flaws.

Indeed and it is hard earned money that we put towards these premium editions...

I contacted Tony and he is gonna send me 2 empty steels for replacement, since I opened both my copies that is best solution. But like you said a lot of people who keep their copies sealed may have perfect steels as a member yesterday opened his copy and his steel was Mint.

So it must be random and a % of them...in any case I love buying from FA as they inspect each and every steel meticulously and if it doesn't pass the Quality Control they discard it. It is nice to feel that confident with a company's Quality Control. If we want to leave it sealed, we can have piece of mind that it is a perfect package quality wise. Yes they have had some issues but I think it is the first retailer I hear that discards copies and publicly announce delays because of steel issues and having to wait for replacements or other ways they will go about it. I respect that very much.

Going to open my Lenti's tomorrow and inspect the steels.... Hoping they're ok but going by the majority of members here that have had issues, I don't hold high hopes... :dunno: Needless to say, if I spot any issues, I'll be pinging an email off to Tony ASAP :coffee:

I wouldn't describe my copy as damaged at all, but it's not quite what the Her full gloss steelbook looks like but then you're weighing up black v pink. I'm still delighted with it as it's the best available but of course in this you realise it could've been even better

it reminds me the problem WRECK IT RALPH from BLUFANS, and when i got my replacement it was worst! :( now i'm scared about this one, it is sitting at the post office til tmrw that i have time to pick it up....

Those who say they have mint steelbooks I'd like to see some pictures under light, especially the back cover. If there are mint steelbooks out there, then I'm going to request replacements from Tony.

indeed only one member has mentioned that his steel was Mint and from what I am reading not sure if it is true :cautious:

These scratches you see are the same that are on 100% of every glossy steel if the light shines right you will see on every steel you ever had. There is no such thing as a PERFECT steel. Mint is not perfect. There is always going to be flaws on every steelbook ever made. Anyone that claims flawless is lying.
