i like it when they use original cinema art. but it's funny, while i don't mind utter falsehoods like The Maltese Falcon cover (Bogart with two guns when he never fires one in the film), i've never liked all of the cheery, smiley ...Wonderful Life end-of-the-film artworks for a predominantly serious film which revolves around essentially an attempted suicide.

yeah, ok, mr. happy here...

adore the film, still available at amazon, still thinking about it (thanks for pics, @jasong).

Just arrived and while a lovely steelbook not happy they included the colourised version Blu-ray Disc in the set when the external jcard says black and white version on both 4K and standard bluray. Only the 4K is black and white

Wait. So the blu-ray disc only contains the colour version?

Yep the 4 k Disc is black and white but the Blu-ray Disc is the colourised version. The j card has them both as black and white as does the listing.
Emailed amazon so they may change the listing
Or they may not. Their listing for the 4K boxset of Ghostbusters 1&2 still states that they come "together in a limited edition 4K Ultra HD Steelbook®", which they don't. I keep telling them that their listing is wrong, but over a month later and they still haven't corrected it...

Contact paramount to send you the correct Blu-ray disc
It's meant to be the remastered black and white transfer on the Blu-ray disc

The remastered blu-ray disc with black and white transfer already exists as its included with the existing UK 4K Amaray release that was released in November 2019

Universal with Sony DADC handle distribution for paramount they been making lot of mistakes with discs recently with a few recent releases

USA release 4K UHD is black and white remastered transfer and Blu-ray is colour version (That's the older 2009 Blu-ray disc)

The UK release it's meant to be Black and White remastered transfer on both 4K UHD and Blu-ray (Blu-ray using the remastered 2019 disc)

Yes - always best to check the actual discs themselves - same when people ask about audio tracks or subtitles. The J-cards just aren't always accurate, unfortunately.
