They will ONLY DELIVER TO UK ADDRESSES AT THE MOMENT.

At these prices, I don't know whether to sell mine, as I am desperate for a Captain America sealed HMV, to complete my super heroes and as these are selling higher than Captain, it would fund it, what should I do guys.

Can't say I agree with that, I think the defect definitely affects the price.

I own defective copies of JR, and I can tell you right now it's down to the steelbook not the defect. There's only 500 of these babies right now (another 500 on the way, yes I know)... But once the perfect copies come in hand... The demand will still be there who missed out on these. It's all about the UK J Cards.... This is a definite grail for sure.

Who would be so stupid to pay these rediculus prices if he/she can have the exact same steelbook from other countries for <25€.
I know there are a lot of people who care about slips so the previous ones betw. 40-60£ are much more realistic

i totally agree with you except with point 2..

i am also a person who spends more money for more limited releases though the artwork is the same.

but especially in this case its obvious that the sellers(or buyers)try to hype that steel so they can make more money with their own sales and as you can see in this thread it works every time!

That's exactly what I have done, sold on ebay and now for CA, at the end of the day its about collecting and I want CA far more than Jack, every cloud has a silver lining and there is always the replacement to look forward too.

yeah on these forums you can only talk about wether you ordered it, are waiting for it go up to order, cancelled your order,talk about how you're not interested in it then wish you'd bought one once it sells out, post pictures long after everyone else had posted pictures, talk about how you got a damaged one, or how you returned one,talk about how reprints are bad, or to use the word grail.

You can talk about any aspect relevant to the Steelbook. The problem with talking about high prices is that it turns into a prices and ebay selling thread very quickly. We have a separate section for that so if people want to discuss that they can do it there and if you want to chat about the steelbook you can so it here. That way people who want to see artwork/ specs and so forth can look at this thread without having to go through multiple posts of prices and eBay seller discussions. Thanks for your co-operation.
