i am pretty sure it's not sold out. people have been cancelling this en masse in the last weeks, zavvi puts this "on hold", creates some "sell-out" hype with it, but several weeks later you will find this for 9.99 like dick tracy, tron, ...

unlike "from dusk till dawn", this should be back for order at some point. and if i'm wrong, i'm glad i still have one copy for 11.50 (with code and points) on pre-order.

I was just on zavvi and put jackie brown into the search, only normal amaray comes up, no steelbook. I also looked through the whole of the steelbook pages and itss not there either. The only way to find it is through the link up top. Someone said that they have a new release date for 2014 in their zavvi orders account. . Maybe they have changed it? ??
If someone here at hdn could get an official word on the status of this release that would be great

They're just trying to get everyone's attention, then when it reappears again they expect everyone to panic and pre-order again.
I don't even care if I'm wrong, I'm not paying full price for Zavvi's catalogue titles ever again, when after a very short time they're knocking a third of the price off, or in the case of Nightmare Before Christmas a week later.

They might not paid there bill to Lionsgate Distribution and are withholding delivery

That's correct, it was, but when the listing first went up the release date was stated as February 10th. It was probably just a placeholder date, but Zavvi don't update the info in your account section which is why it still shows as that date.

dont worry guys it will be back and 9.99 soon enough zavvi just loves to try and play with our emotions but i honestly dont care about steelbooks as much as i use to this being one of many reasons since the suits came too the realization there was a good market they could plough into they did full force
