Ugh, bring back the original three choices. These new ones are generic and boring. The border cutting through Byung Hung Lee's face literally hurts me - I can feel my heart stopping. That's how bad it is.

This is gonna be a very unpopular opinion, but I have to say it: this obsession with embossing has to stop. Just please, stop.

C or D were stunning artworks, but it's Nova, so I'm pretty sure their end product will still look amazing - even with a slightly uglier artwork.

new option looks fine but definitely definitely 100% no doubt about it without question and totally obvious to the point of being ridiculous.... ax the border and embossing.

Deboss the title only and gloss it up.

This is a no brainer for Nova is they go with that new artwork.

NO border cutting through everyone's face. Jeez.

Looks like I might have to pass on this one.

Agree, wasn't all that excited for this title but understand the need to accommodate the local buyers. I was willing to purchase this to complete the collection but the Art is atrocious, they needed to go above and beyond with this package. So far this is clearly there worst of the Novamedia exclusives, not even close, what were they thinking?

I really hope the border embossing/debossing (whatever) is not on the final product! New art looks OK, not great.

I'll 100% be getting it no matter what as the movie is awesome

I suspect this one will hang around for a while, there's not much 'western' interest in this, it's more directed at the domestic market where I'm sure it will do well. I have to be honest, until Novamedia announced this, i'd not heard of the film.

Guys maybe it's time you educate yourselves and watch some Korean classics like this, steelbooks are cool but the movies inside 'esp flicks like this one' are waaaaay cooler!, get it watched asa you won't be disappointed ;)

This is soooo in my collection, Nova is becoming my 2nd fav Korean retailer :)

Wow ! Totally disagree ! I rented the first time this hit our dvd rent store. Imdb : 7.9 !

No 'western' interest ???

from imdb : "In the DMZ separating North and South Korea, two North Korean soldiers have been killed, supposedly by one South Korean soldier. But the 11 bullets found in the bodies, together with the 5 remaining bullets in the assassin's magazine clip, amount to 16 bullets for a gun that should normally hold 15 bullets. The investigating Swiss/Swedish team from the neutral countries overseeing the DMZ suspects that another, unknown party was involved - all of which points to some sort of cover up. The truth is much simpler and much more tragic."

sounds very interesting where ever you live. IMO

it's like we here in Finland would not love films like 'dances with wolves' because it's about American civil war and conflict with indians ...

or Braveheart because it's about English vs. Scottish

That's not what I'm saying at all, I'm speaking in general, these Korean films are targeted for domestic audiences, and are not targeted at the west, but occasionally a few do pique interest worldwide. They do not have a huge following and never will. they will have a limited audience.

I've never heard of this, yet, I love Oldboy, I Saw The Devil and A Tale of Two Sisters, along with a few Japanese films, especially Battle Royale....and I heard about those due to word of mouth (and the internet)

You took my post with extreme prejudice...;)
