im so excited. This looks so amazing...just not sure if I can bring myself to open it...but I will probably have to open it so I can add the Jurassic World steel when that comes out

This is actually my most anticipated release. I think this is pure class. I hope HDzeta does Jurassic World with the same matching black slipcase so it will look nice and neat inside this large slipbox.

I also think it would be cool if they could make another large slipbox when the other film comes out and it says Jurassic Park Collection on it instead.

Good point. The case should actually read "Ultimate Quadrilogy/Collection" but oh well. Not a problem for me.

@wxlinkswd will this set include some sort of filler-box to put in the empty Jurassic World slot to keep the other copies in place? (Like for example, the box that contains the dog tags in the SPR Ammo Box, but empty of course in this case) ? ?

It was confirmed by @wxlinkswd some pages back that the space in the Slip Box was for the extras (booklet & cards) not a future Steelbook release of "Jurassic World".

I suppose that if the space is wide enough then you could utilize it for a "Jurassic World" Steelbok, if so minded. What happens down the line, however, when the inevitable sequels appear?

Personally speaking, I'm hoping that "Jurassic World", which will probably spawn a new trilogy in its own right, will be kept separate from its "Jurassic Park" predecessors.

I fully expect, however, that Universal will continue to milk as much as it can out of the earlier titles in the franchise. Every time one of the newer titles gets a home entertainment release, there will undoubtedly also be a new box set containing both the earlier titles as well as the newer ones. And people will continue to buy them!

Jurassic World direct sequel to Jurassic Park

In a chat with Yahoo, director Colin Trevorrow reveals that "Jurassic World" is in fact a direct followup to the franchise's first installment "Jurassic Park." How is this possible? According to Trevorrow, "The Lost World: Jurassic Park" and "Jurassic Park III" take place off to the side to this film, which returns to the setting of the first movie, albeit twenty years later. And Trevorrow really wants to get it right

I will just make a nice sticker that says Quadrilogy and stick it over the word Trilogy.
