Just picked this up in store and am a little disappointed. While its a nice gloss finish, the lack of embossing hurts it when compared to the other JP steelbooks.
No decent back art also brings this one down in my humble opinion. However, there were absolutely no copies out on the shelves at the Manchester Arndale store, hard to say if this will sell out.

Mine arrived from XV Ireland on Friday (dispatched Wednesday), but because they packed it in a square box it was literally about 1cm too big to fit through the letterbox, so I had to pick it up from the PO today.

I agree that it's a shame there's no embossing, but it still looks great next to the other steels IMO... it could've been worse and had a totally different design and/or been matte. I'm really happy with it overall!

Even though got despatch email saying it was shipped on Friday they must not have had post collected for despatch until late Sun or Today

If it was really posted on Friday I would have had delivery today

Is your LetterBox not the standard size as I had my Fast and Furious 7 Steelbook use this new packaging and it fit through my letterbox last time or might be my letter box has expanded due to all the post I get

Hmm I believe it is. Although, I haven't actually tried it myself to see if it fits through... the postman told me it was "about 1cm too big" when I went to pick it up, so I just took his word for it lol. Now that you've mentioned it though, I'm going to test it for myself later.

@paulboland Just done the box vs letterbox test and the letterbox won... the box is maybe about half a centi too big, so I might get the chisel out later and do some slight "adjusting".

Yeah that really bugs me.
I was going to mention that and completely forgot.
Nothing against the French, I just don't want a whole sentance spoken in French on a uk steelbook at the start of the menu.
Really strange, never seen/ heard that before

I haven't tried the discs yet, but I did notice when opening the steelbook that there's quite a bit of French text (not sure what it translates to) along the top of both discs, which I'm sure I haven't seen on a UK disc before.
