Amazon DE seems to be like Amazon UK nowadays - they mostly ship steelbooks in their Frustration-Free "DVD Steelcase Box Single Unit E-Flute" (a mouthful!) packaging.

Just last week I received one steelbook from Amazon DE, shipped in A1 cardboard envelope. Badly dented, with split spine. Returned, and Amazon DE customer service immediately placed a new order for me.

Also received another steelbook from Amazon DE during the past week in Frustration-Free steelbook packaging, so it seems to be a bit of a hit or miss situation.
