Having seen the film 12 times at the cinema with each screening being packed out it was anything but a fail. It worked to perfection and had the whole room in hysterics![]()
i guess any negative comments about the films will be shot down regardless so the argument is a bit pointlessI found the first a Kick Ass movie decidedly average, aside from some amusing subversion of the comic book genre.
The second one was worse by a long shot, in my opinion.
I don't know what grated more, the overt Union J boy band promo or the infantile humour.
Then again I'm a 42 year old man and not a 12 year old boy, so I guess I'm not the target audience.
Still, that's no excuse for sloppy writing, is it?
i preordered this a while ago from wowhd because the price was good... now they arr not able to process the order. if they dont get enough stock to send out to all the people who ordered, its just another proof for me that wowhd are the worst of all retailers i ever dealt with (zavvi gets the job done well in comparison).
hopefully.

I thought the humour was a lot better than the humour we get these days in movies.
I hate the whole dry humour. It is used too much (The Office US, This is the End etc etc).
This was better humour in my opinion. I am 30.
Cinemas in the UK are rarely packed out these days other than on Orange Wednesdays so i call BS on it being rammed 12 out of 12 times... but 12 times?! WOWi guess any negative comments about the films will be shot down regardless so the argument is a bit pointless

saw this in HMV today. £21.00.. or was it £22? daylight robbery.
what is the justification for such a steep price? seems to be nothing but a 'collectors tax'
this steel is worth £14 tops, so thats £7 in collectors tax they just slapped on top because collectors will pay
