These are the first steelbooks I have bought so far this year.

Wasn't planning on getting addicted to Pokemon Cards. But I did and it hasn't left me with a lot of money for blurays lol.

But I couldn't not get these could I.

Zavvi took a ton of money out of my account today way early for about 6 items coming out next week.
including this steelbook. Was not expecting that.... I never learn....
This is why I only pre order things with a card I don't keep money on and let payments bounce. Then I get an email saying the payment wasn't successful and I can choose to either pay it or not.

Just noticed that the UK stores now have updated BS' for all 3 QT steels, and there's only bbfc logos on the slip spine... still not ideal, but I'll take that over lionsgate ruining the front art!

Has anyone got Lionsgate's address? I'll gladly send them a couple of packs of BBFC stickers so they can stop ruining the slips.

Anyone know which version of Kill Bill this is? Is it the Japanese cut that doesn't go black and white?
Will be the usual version. Only colour scene featured in the film is in the Japanese version (DVD).

It is a special feature to watch the colour scene on its own on the Blu Ray though

that's why i bought the Japanese dvd box sets. lots of cool stuff on those. crazy how boxes used too have more than just the same movie 3-6 times lol.

Mine all just got dispatched. Oddly for Zavvi even though they took payments separately they dispatched them all in the same box. Which I have never seen before.

I think Tarantino is the industry individual who represents as my most collected number of steelbooks.
I've got all the Blu Ray released ones; I'm definitely including True Romance - I class it as Tarantino more than Tony Scott, so screw anyone who says otherwise, it's counted in this list, sadly minus DuskTDawn though, it's far too expensive now, again though, it's still 100% Tarantino all the way.
Then some of the other WWA variants as doubles and then two WEA premiums (but none of the best title premiums like Pulp).
I think 13 Tarantinos steels, maybe 14...soon to be 17 with these three new 4k releases.

The weird thing is, he's not even close to being my favourite director or movie icon to collect for.
