Seeing as RT is an aggregate review site by "reviewers" who are "self-appointed" reviewers with No Credentials - their reviews mean f**k all to me. Start a YouTube channel and, you too, can be a RT certified reviewer.
Judge for yourself.

There are standards. Yes, you could become a RT certified reviewer but it would take a LOT of work.
Read:

That said, I enjoyed the movie but more as a Guy Ritchie medieval gangster allegory than a King Arthur movie. It totally butchered the whole King Arthur lore.

Any questions?
Again, I talk about the definition of the word; which apparently continues to elude you.
Read your earlier post again and you'll notice that you're implying that
one needs to be a professional reviewer in order to start a reliable, professional site that aggregates film reviews.
Or any other aggregator site for that matter.

One does not.

RT was started by Senh Duong, Patrick Y. Lee and Stephen Wang. They were web designers. Not film critics or film scholars.

Which is why they created a web site...they don't review the films themselves... ... ...

I feel like I'm getting dumber reading these posts.

The original point was: the site is an aggregator of reviews of people (the reviewers) whose opinions should in no way influence someone's views on film before seeing it.
Not a hard idea to grasp.

Your first post is wrong and contains bad information. But I will agree with you for the sake of ending this argument. Good day.
