It's one of those sites which takes you to the store for your location, kind of like the Rockstar Warehouse

I know it's annoying but when they do this it usually means that they don't offer shipping from other stores so they try to get you to shop at the one for your location. I'm not 100% sure though but that's usually the case for those types of sites.
