If anyone has received this and is going to open it, please post if the movie disc is just the threatrical version or has all three (director's cut/ theatrical/ roadshow) cuts.

I haven't received this yet but with the Czech steel in my hands we may presume that the Korean steelbook only contains the theatrical version (as that one is subtitled in Korean, and the seamless 3 versions disc is not). Solution: sticky spider and simply add on the 'director's cut' disc that most of us already have.

I can confirm that this only contains a disc with the theatrical version (labeled as such, but I double-checked it anyway) and the disc for the extras. I'll probably buy the anniversary set and put that disc in the steel and get rid of the theatrical disc.
