That looks awesome. Hopefully this will get a release elsewhere as postage costs from Holland make picking this up expensive.......
Looks better than the mondo version. Much much better.

This looks superb, If I remember there was a DVD version of this and it was jam packed with special feature's so hopefully this will be chocker, as for the Steelbook itself, true white, spot gloss main image and debossed title IMO, weird I was listening to the soundtrack this morning.
Lets hope this becomes some kind of WWA release and a premium retailer gives it the treatment

Have just ordered this, I already have the Mondo but was not really keen on the art when I bought it. I only owned it on dvd so was happy for the upgrade. However this one looks alot nicer and the price is decent. I can easily cancel on bol if this becomes avail on amazon or something.. then i can gift my mondo to my sister as she loves the movie too.
I just noticed it says 'image provisoire' on the mock up J-Card. But hopefully this will be the final design.

I think it's the Netherlands rating, the UK one was still a U rating on Bluray, for the last release.
Yeah, was thinking that myself.
I wonder what part in the film offended them so much to make them slap a 12 rating on it?
Not sure but was reading the parental guide on imdb about possible reasons, not sure about their rating system.

wow likin' the art but how come below mock-up is different than the top? it's a bit off center...
Bought my tickets already for the 30th Anniversary screening. I saw this at the drive in when I was kid (mom is a huge Bowie fan). Have to keep my eye on this.
Yeah I noticed that too but I'm hoping it's just a bad mock up.
There are a couple more differences too, like the grey smokey background effect which isn't present on the first pic, and the '30th Anniversary Edition' which seems to be printed on the steelbook.
Do they post to the UK? Is their packaging good?
Any chance of a GB?
Bol.com ships worldwide.
They use cardboard envelopes. It's not the best protection but I never received a damaged steelbook from them.
And they have a very good customer service.
