Ok guys, away from fam on business. So I'm on a marathon.

Seen were millers last night and today I saw
Prisoners(real good) the family (good but hard to describe) and in theater now for butler

last week I saw white House down
not a mind blowing movie , but great for 2 hours entertainment, almost the same story like Olympus has fallen, but with a Ronald Emmerich flavour
I like these kinds of movies, don't think just enjoy and have a good time

I saw it solo, and im a big De Niro lover so i liked it. THe film def has its own unique style tho ...

I think I would rate the film a 6.5-7.5

Cool, thanks for the mini-review Im a big De Niro fan as well... still catching up on some of his older movies though that were before my time.

Got around to seeing Prisoners. I thought it was a really good movie. Kept me in suspense the whole time and nice change of pace from all the cgi movies this summer.

I agree with Wreck that it was a unique style, the brother and sister were my favourite characters (although De Niro's performance was excellent). I liked the story except for one part (I don't want to spoil anything obviously, so I'll just say this part was too convenient to be plausible)

Hey K-yeah we had to see it on faux IMAX...smaller than full size but still worth it. Loved the story, score and visuals. Just stunning. I hope you enjoy!
