Not really happy with Kimchi lately. Been waiting over a week to hear from them concering my Le Grand Bleu replacement discs (have yet to receive a reply). Add on onto that frustration because Tony forgot to ship out a GB order of mine entirely a few weeks ago... And then this release where they went against the public's opinion after asking for it, which wasn't the first time...

Going to probably skip this release entirely and put the money towards Plain Archive since they have it together. The lack of communication/care for customers just doesn't bode well for me :/

About the replacement discs, did you write to Tony or Bruce?

I wrote to Bruce and he send me an email (saturday) that he shipped me the replacement discs.

I wrote to Bruce originally (as per the site's instructions), but decided to send Tony an email about it as well a few days ago. Double checked my spam folder- nothing. I'll keep waiting :/

Have to agree with you about this entire experience Ninja, feel it was a complete cluster****.uck to be honest. Why run a poll if you have no intention of honouring the results? If they had simply put the Matilda text in the background and left the Leon text off all together this would have been totally Jizzworthy in my opinion. A majorly missed opportunity.
Saying that, I have pre ordered it as it still wipes the floor with the UK edition.

There is the $10 shipping rate and there is the $21 EMS.

I always use the $10 rate and my package came fine and very secure

One time i use the $21 EMS, came from Korea to Cyprus in 4 days but i was charged by custom fees.
