It started snowing PROPERLY for the first time this year(I live in Bucks, UK) and it hasn't stopped since 6 hours ago:

Naught-so jealous! I love the pics! We usually get quite a bit of snow (well comparatively, for our area), but no huge storm this year. Nothing like a nice walk in the stillness created when it snows,imo. Thanks for posting!

I love snow! Until it freezes and turns the entire outdoors in to an ice rink.

Here's a photo I took out of my bedroom window on Monday...

It's snowed loads more since then, especially today. Literally everything is white where I live because as well as the snow falling down, the wind was also pushing it sideways in to the walls etc. I can barely see out my window now because it's absolutely covered lol.

aye Noodles, the wind was terrible today which made the snow worse. I put some salt down before it snowed - it did NOTHING, just couldn't cope with the amount that came down

Then again its nothing compared to some countries

It was + 10C last week here, today it was -27 with the wind.

Its a skating rink everywhere!

Took over 3 1/2 hours to get home yesterday to do a journey that normally takes less than an hour. Overturned car on the main road and town gridlocked as everyone hit the roads at the same time, what joy

Well my dogs were out in the snow today; they loved it as you can see playing in the garden.
