Yeah forgot about them. Have a few nice glossy steels from them The Prestige, Argo, The Goonies, NBK

The back artwork looks good but I hope they print the back image properly and it doesn't have that weird effect where parts if the image disappear when you tilt it at an angle. Really hate that. The image on the back of True Romance is ruined by that.

^^ Yes, and the back art on both this and Training Day had better not be low crappy resolution either...

sombody go wake up scanvo quality control b4 they go and print a bunch of botched fuzzy-matte crap nobody wants :wtf:

What in the name of all that is holy? When did this come about? I'm all over this like a tramp on chips, definitely one of my all time favourite films :)

The more I see this, the more I'm starting to like it- Think with the embossing and debossing on the front it will look nice.
Still- think I should stay away from this thread for fear of actually spending £15 on this when I really shouldn't...

On the email it suggest you could get 10% of with just LW but it doesnt seem to be working, only if you also add empire of the sun which i dont really want

The Directors Cut has never been released on BD and I presume this is just a repackage of the currently available disc

(Plus it's not an official directors cut, just studio marketing)

Be interesting to see if they use the remastered disc with DTS-MA 5.1 or the original version with lossy Dolby Digital 5.1

I suspect it will be the director's cut simply because virtually all steelbooks I've got from Zavvi have been any special edition of that particular film with all the extras. The only exception was The French Connection which was not the corrected colour version.
