I believe one of the Dredds was a lenti full slip but, as I recall, quite a few people thought it was dreddful, I mean dreadful.

Wow, I must be tired, your right just looked, Deadpool too, they are lackluster....
Now I not sure what to do, uniformity of E1 with the rest of X-men or step outside the box...oh well, have to sleep on it...

I truly love the new Maniacs Box and I'd love to own it (I'm a hardcore Wolverine fanatic since childhood), but the sad truth is that I just don't have a disposable $255+ CAD sitting around at the moment. I'm sure when live pics start being shared, I'll regret my decision, but I'm trying to do this whole responsible adult thing right. ... Spoiler alert: It sucks.

I decided to just go with the E1 set since it'll match the rest of the FAC X-films. Truthfully, the artwork on it is way better than the lenticular and PET versions (no matter how cool those gimmicks may be). I just can't wait to add Logan to my FACing X-Men collection.

Same , I like the box but I dislike a lot of the slips so cant fork out that much so instead just going for E1

Yeah, I kinda wish the box art would've been on a slip and either the lenti or PET artwork was on the box. Would've made things easier for me.

I have their Dredd, Deadpool, Sicario, and Birdman lenti full slips. Of the bunch, Birdman is the only one I'd buy again if given the chance. I think they've had a handful of other lenti full slips (Fantastic 4, Sabatoge, Zootopia, etc.) but I've never had them in hand.

FA made the jump to "3D rendered" lentis with Dredd. They succeeded in creating a lenti image capable of a lot of pop (Dredd's pistol, in particular) but in doing so, they also made the image rather fuzzy and hard to focus on any particular element, regardless of viewing angle. And while Birdman--a 3D depth and flip-flop lenti--wasn't flawless (the little Birdman never truly disappears off Keaton's head), I much prefer it to the newly designed lentis I've owned.

I imagine everyone sees lentis a bit differently, but I hope this helps!

I like the idea of paying a deposit to secure a place in a GB, like we just did for Star Wars. Why not expand that idea to include payment installments for super-expensive sets like this one? I have no problem plunking down $75 a week or so after paying a deposit but shelling out $200+ in one shot will be more problematic. I don't think anyone who shells out for a non-refundable deposit will be motivated to stiff the gb host

If you ordered direct it's no different, you still have to pay the whole thing in one go. Too many time wasters that join and don't honour the commitment

The new artwork for the box is definitely a great improvement!
I like Edition 2 very much, but I'm afraid the lenti from FA will disappoint once again.
And for this price, I think I will wait for Manta.

Nova slips are quite flimsy. Example, Incredible Hulk and Start Wars TFA (Falcon) slips looked great but quite flimsy.

I am more interested in just the Steelbook as I sold my entire X-Men premium collection as they picked the wrong Steelbook artwork which I hate.

I thought Manta Lab X men was appalling that's the full slip. FA Apocalypse much better.

Hi everyone, just a quick question and clarification.

This is likely to be my first Group Buy purchase on the new system.

I already have FAC's 'Don't Breathe' paid for (on the old system) and have held it so that I can combine it with future releases to save on shipping.

I've read the 'NEW GROUP BUY SYSTEM' thread and wanted to clarify that we only pay for the item up front?

I wanted to pay for Logan and keep that held until a further 1 or 2 releases are added to to the same package.
