Amazing how this turd of a steelbook can be polished and indeed saved by these wonderfully colourful slipcases
If I bought this it would definitely be Fullslip A-Type for the win . . . at least you have Machete himself on it (LOL) . . .

Slips do look nice in the vids

If I were to pick one it will prob be one of the 2 full slips and maybe in a few months I will but I'm Still not convinced with the steel either

I'll wait until pics surface to decide

Perfect vivid Grindhouse style slipcover artwork but that steelbook is downright embarrassing and insulting to the fun and colourful film that is MACHETE . . . a cover image more in keeping with a trashy film such as "Nude Nuns with Big Guns" than the excellent "Machete" . . .

The suggestive phallocentric Lindsay Lohan image clearly put there on the front to appeal to the lowest common denominator amongst young (and older) males but does not make it good artwork . . . but as they've gone with that image a different colouring should have been used (imo) . . . such as that used on the back image of the original and best edition . . .

. . . and thankfully as she's not in "Machete Kills" maybe the people behind this steelbook, and that steelbook should it ever appear, will come to their senses and put the charismatic Danny Trejo where he belongs . . .in pride of place on the front.

With director approved steelbook artwork out there - most notably PULP FICTION from brother director Quentin Tarantino - I shudder to think what Mr. Rodriguez would make of this steelbook . . . although I suspect he'd approve of the slipcase artwork

As a general question wondering why it's not possible to have the kind of vibrant in-your-face artwork seen here on the slipcases on the steelbooks themselves?

Director approved "Pulp Fiction" steelbook

The slips look amazing and I love this movie! Went for full slip A as it represents the movie the best imo. I was so close to going with full slip B though.

Now that i saw the video of the lenti, i think the best imo are the fullslips, first slip A and then B
