they use the same picture showing a white steelbook on ebay so hopefully it will indeed be white

if it turns out to be the same as the Spanish version zavvi will have to deal with a lot of PayPal claims from people who received something complete different from which is advertised ...

They didn't do anything about the Men In Black 1-3 SteelBook farce where they advertised the complete opposite colours as to what was sent.

If people get damages there is no excuse for zavvi to say they are out of stock and cant replace the item when they have 1/4 of the entire print run for sale on their ebay store.

I know it's been mentioned up in the past and I seem to remember they got around it by saying they allocate stock across various parts of their business (Zavvi.com, ebay outlet, other 'hut group' sites [although not for this one]).

Aarrggg!!!! I sent an email to zavvi trying to change my delivery address a couple of days ago because I have moved to a new house. Today I get an email saying that the item has been despatched to my old address!. What should I do now. I have no access to my old address, and zavvi isn't responding any of my emails. Been trying to change the address for days and the website wouldn't allow me to do so.

Any advice guys. I think I have lost £24 and the Blu-Ray. I've been looking forward to this steelbook for months. I hope zavvi can fix this.

To use re-direct mail address by the postoffice is another £25 that I have to pay just for this movie? I would mean that I had to pay £49 for this movie.

I sent an email to zavvi 2 days before the delivery date, don't know why they don't check their emails more often.

That £2.99 increase on ebay is obviously to cover the ebay fees. They are not making any more money on ebay.
