They knew all that yet they didn't know to wrap these up in a super duper OC box? With a lid? :naughty: :naughty: :naughty:

So I wasn't impressed by the HDZeta set and passed on it because I liked the Manta Lab SteelBook better.

So I just managed to pick up the Lenticular Slip new and sealed by luck on eBay. I wasn't even looking for it.
I was checking out somebody's else's "other items for sale" while looking at one of their auctions.
I won the other auction (I bid in the last few seconds...there was only 1 previous bid).

The Man OF Steel Lenticular slip auction didn't have any bidders yet so I asked how much he wanted for it.
He told me I could buy it for the listed auction price. So I bought it as well.

It was $80 Canadian (about $58 US) and free shipping since it will be shipped with my other items.

Woohoo!

I just checked out the group buy price from back in the day: To Canada 1 Steelbook- $68.50 U.S.
From the OP I can see that the website direct price was $48.99 (without shipping I'm guessing.)

I paid $80 Canadian (about $58 US) and free shipping so I guess I did OK on this.
I rarely buy anything from eBay but I would have bid up to $100 Canadian on this (plus the $14 shipping)

We all know the full slip is the winner here though!!! :p

I was reading back a few pages earlier today when I was looking for information on what these slips looked like.
It seemed to be the case that a lot of people were saying that they preferred the full slip.
But I have also seen many comments in other release threads where holofoil is continuously mocked.

Personally I prefer lentis to full slips but the real draw here is the steelbook with the bossing.
This auction was the cheapest option to acquire this steelbook.

I admit that the back of the slip does look odd with the "J-card" type of information as part of it.
