Well they did. I got an error message the first, second and third time of ordering, thinking I didn't get it. When I got the first error message I checked my ordering history and it wasn't there. So I tried a second and third time with the same results. I got paranoid at that point and checked the order history again and the first order then appeared there, but not the other two. About 10 minutes later all three orders appeared in the order history, even though on each I got error messages when ordering implying not being ordered. I then tried to contact HDZeta to try and cancel 2 orders, but with no response.
I had the same, but them changed to approved or whatever as I can't remember exactly what it said. Did you try to order twice to generate to the two orders? Have payments come off your card already? Have you been charged twice or not at all? Check with the card account you used or your PayPal account if you used that. If you have been charged twice, then be prepared to receive two orders.

I actually like Zavvi’s collector’s editions. It’s something new. Refreshing. At least they try new things (the light thing).
My issue with them isn't so much to do with design or trying new ideas, it's the build of the product itself. It just felt very cheap and was also dented.
