4) I waited 15 minutes while they played with that, and finally giving up, I went to the electronics section to get the digi.
5) No digis at all on the floor. I spoke with the electronics person, and another stock person and they were baffled about the digis. They scoured the back - they should have 40 in stock and didn't have a ONE. Not one. The electronics person said she would try and hold 10 copies for me and would call if she had them soon.
6) I returned to the front with a new associate in tow, and this one was able to process the return of the 10 amarays by doing one at at time. It was so comical that each time she processed the return, she had to give me $26.36 in exact change. I must have looked like a drug dealer since I was putting the bills in piles to keep track!

Anyway, I arrived an hour and a half late to work, with no digis in tow!!

Luckily, members here are helping and they have found some digis for the group buy, so we should have the copies we need.

Just disappointing that my store didn't have 1!!! :(

Did they have out their checklane shipper? The self standing four way? I think each side had 10 copies of the digi in it (the 40 they had).
 
So I got my Digibook copy at Target today and noticed there was no extra disc with the exclusive bonus feature called X-Ray Vision. I put in all 3 discs and could not find this extra anywhere. Did anyone else have any luck? Is it some stupid online content?

Yeah, thats interesting because I had two stock people look for it and they were baffled. I even showed them the group buy thread and they were cool enough to offer to give me a ring when they show up. So, might not be their fault on this one...

Yes, I agree. Pissed is the right word. After 20 minutes it took to return 10, I'm mailing the rest back...

However! I did noticed that not all lenticulars are the same. When you look at the cover directly, some of them show Superman, others show Zod, and sometimes you're seeing the inbetween transformation. So I had to go through their entire catalog to find 5 decent covers which showed man of steel when looking at the cover directly.

I sat there for 30 minutes and had to get on a phone with someone at target online and they told me to ship them all back. I got to return zero at target. Oh well, me and the Mrs. went shopping at separate stores today and made up for the cluster****.
 
The funny thing for me is that I had this ordered and cancelled several times. Then...yesterday I cancelled it because I saw the price dropped and Target can be a real joy to deal with where price adjustments are concerned. When I went to reorder I saw it was removed from the site. Now, I have to hope to get to the store this week (not really one near my routes at all), to pick it up, and the soundtrack for a friend. Talk about push and pull...lol...

So this is what I ended up doing, took the 3D, 2D and Special Features blu-rays from the Collector's Edition and replaced them with the Digibook discs.

Now the digibook is at another level. The CE discs actually have a diff surface texture and adorn the colors of superman with hues of red, blue and black.

Looks amazing with the digibook. The S symbol from the CE will be displayed on the glass cabinets and the discs from the Digibook I'm selling on eBay to recoup the cost of the digibook :) win....win

Here are the comparison pics: 1st pic is the original disc. The 2nd picture is the comparison picture with the CE disc.
