Well all, quite a story to tell... When my order continued to read processing, I contacted Plain. They emailed me with the bad news: because of a mixup with Korea Post, my copy of Meancholia was sent to the wrong address.

They offered to send a replacement, but warned that the item number would be higher than my first-day order (which would have been 99). I replied that I was disappointed, but that receiving some other unique number would be nice, like the last in the series, or maybe one of the promotional copies... and they obliged!
