Usually a Hot Pic award is issued to someone if they post a lot of editions that no one else does and that get a lot of recognition/likes and the pics would need to stand out in the crowd for originality. A perfect example of this would be someone like Megabee and his unique photo shots that show off something a little extra and pretty borders. They would also need to be hosted here on HDN.
