Anyone know how amazon.cn shipping is? Also, I remember reading some members had negative experiences with them, so I have a little trepidation in ordering from them.

I just got a parcel from them couple of days ago, my first order ever, gotta say everything went smooth, they even sent it in a big cardboard box, no none of the usual Amazon packaging but much bigger and well padded, can easily put 6 blu-rays inside that box, shipping cost me ¥35.00 (Standard Service - Average 8-24 Days), it was shipped on Thursday 22/03/12 (two days after I placed my order) and arrived Tuesday 10/04/12, very pleased with the whole transaction and on that basis I preorderd MI4 from them again, worked out much cheaper than Goudou.com, ¥334.00 (¥299.00 for the item + ¥35.00 shipping) that's about £34

Too much money for just a numbered tag, if it was a part of the steelbook then hell yeh i'd get it.

Well I used them recently and I was very pleased with the whole transaction, I got the parcel well packaged (inside a very sturdy cardboard box - nothing like the normal Amazon packaging though, much better) and didn't get hit by customs, but then again I ordered 1 thing that was worth about £19 shipped.

This will work out about £33-£34 shipped to the UK

Well Amazon.cn has it listed with the numbered tag for preorder only, with the help of chrome translation this is what it says:

I was just wondering if Amazon and Gouduo are listed them at CNY299, why taobao is selling them cheaper ? I've cancel my order from Gouduo and order from taobao instead.
Same getting the tag as well, without the hopeless Knight & Day notepad of course.

Well as I've never used either of them (Taobao & Gouduo) I can't comment but I know for sure that Amazon.cn will be reliable and their price isn't that bad shipped to the UK, last I checked at Gouduo the shipping charge was a lot more, how much does taobao charge in shipping?

Taobao is more an auction site like Ebay here. All 3rd party selles, they don't normally ship internationally, except some Asian countries. I heard Gouduo's packing is very secured and reliable.

I hope it includes a nice slipcover with Chinese writing over it and maybe a picture of Tom on the slipcover

Apparently not as it won't do anyone good, no real savings with GB on this, just get it from Amazon.cn, make sure you create a new/fresh account with them, don't try using your other Amazon log in details as that won't work, just like Amazon.jp they have their own system

I would rather not having this totem.
They would pack in between the steelbook.
My Inception steelbook were both damaged by the totem previously.
Good luck on your package, maybe you should write to them to pack it separately.
