I kind of agree with their policy though. Otherwise they would get the Amazon situation where some people ask for a replacement because there's a rip in the shrink wrap.
I would agree with the policy if they didn't ship the steels in that packaging. Its just asking for the 10-15 % damages or what may be.....
Smelting the metal down and creating Mimimetic Poly Alloy (Liquid Metal) and making Terminators with it.
My second copy (ordered last Saturday for £19.99) arrived yesterday. Pretty much mint apart from a tiny paint scrape on the bottom left corner. Surprisingly enough pretty much the same as the first one minus the dent. Coincidence?
Well this gets better with play , i sent a copy back on monday i then rang them on the same day , sorry mr quartz ha ha not my real surname by the way guys this is now outta stock and were refund the money , just get a email from them saying

My 3 copies have been in transit in over a week from UK to Sweden in those envelopes. Didn't get them yesterday and no post untill monday, what a Joke

i can tell you where they are getting that copy from to send you.
they are expecting a copy returned (from you
) they are just gonna send it back out to you.hopefully this will just be the nail in the coffin of the dire packaging they use.
i would happily pay an extra £2 on my my order to cover extra packaging and a leap from large letter to small packet. it would be worth it to protect £20 worth of steelbook!!!
hopefully the studios will take note and not allow play.com any more exclusives.

For those who have the UK Blu-ray disc. Can he/she test if the English subs & Dutch are in yellow color? I heard some stories the European disc is also infected with the yellow color. Which I HATE. 
US disc also contains yellow subs. UGLY.

Yes, just checked, all of the subs are in yellow.
