Choi, I didn't know you had to fight and fight that much to put the names on the numbering cards !!! it's the major factor that me made fall for it, for both Student Cards making me get both. So for you, fighting for this, it was all worth it because it's one of the best thing about the packaging, those adorable numbering cards with their name on it.

I bought only one version of Monster University, Kimchi, and usually I like to collect different country, but because of this mainly and the rest of the packaging it makes it the only one worth owning in my opinion.

This is one of my favourite KimchiDvd Exclusive, so limited it was to 250 for each and most adorable.

Bought these wonderful Kimchi exclusive Sully & Mike but I can't get myself to open a copy...I was not collecting at that time of the release so I bought them on ebay at a premium on the peak of their high price i'd say... someone told me not to open one of those copy to just by an Amaray but there's the other hand also to enjoy to see how special it is. I want to watch the movie and I don't know what to do, do I open one or buy an Amaray... (i did open monsters inc. it was bittersweet; I was happy to see and open it but at the same time after finishing watching it kinda regretted opening it)... any firm suggestions ?

the choice is yours buddy, I'd say you should simply buy a used amaray and keep those premium steels sealed.

I say you open and enjoy your steels. Why pay to keep on the shelf wrapped up? They are meant to be enjoyed which is why they put stuff in the inside lol it's like paying for a high end hooker without giving her a throw lol

IMO the steelbook for this is terrible... If you want to "enjoy" this steelbook, try to buy a Zavvi or other country off eBay for cheap. The Lenti slip and student card set this release off and you can enjoy them while it's still sealed

Thanks for your opinions, will need to let things settle and I'll see how I feel but knowing there's only 250 of each and that Choi had to fight really hard to get those student cards for both student release makes this special...I find sealed it might be a better idea ton retain it's value... i guess if id watch this movie like for Thor over and over opening a steel would make sense... but I'm no stranger to Amaray also, guess ill keep those baby sealed up they look all nice and sleek. to open it for just one viewing I think Charleybusko's right

As true as that is your way cost more money. If he's a fan of double dipping (which I am not, to many other steelbooks out there) then go for it

nah I think I'll keep my copies sealed, this made me decide, so many few copies of this kimchi Exclusive... like I said, I's say ok I'll indulge in one but this is a movie I will only probably watch once only...maybe twice so might be more worth it to keep it sealed...maybe a nice Asian Amaray lol

You could customise the cards if you wanted, but some went with the character names as their option anyway
