People that have missed out, don't resort to ebay just yet.

No doubt some members on here will have got a spare copy for trading/sale and some of them are kind enough to let them go at cost. Plus, you know that they will check the product for issues defects before sending them on.

So before you whack down a fortune on a pre-order via ebay (from a seller that may/may not get the copy, and may/may not check it for damage) then hang around and wait until they are shipped to folks first. You may get a better deal that way.

Unless you are super desperate and prepared to pay ANYTHING, if that is the case then go for it, ha ha!

Couldn't agree more...

It's all about being patient when it comes to new releases. They always go for Insane high prices at the start than fizzle out as the month goes on. Just recently saw Resident Evil Taiwan [Brand New] go for less than $25. And Snow White & the Huntsman Korea went under $80+ not too long ago. I remember those we're going for $250+ went it was released.

I pretty much learned my lesson when I first got into collecting and now I'm very selective on which ones to go for and pass completely.

On the contrary, there is a chance that you may pay less in eBay few months down the line. The situation has changed a lot and you could actually get better deals in eBay than forums.

you could be right about prices in a few months. I saw copies of Jack Reacher from ES going for around £100 on eBay when the steel was first released. But I have recently seen them go for £30 which is around their list price.

For all those bashing Choi's attempts to help us for one reason or another, please remember that he does not work for Kimchi. He does NOT owe us anything. Everything he has done has been to help a fellow ninja out. As Kimchi continues to evolve and grow as a company, their process to release and order exclusives will become more fluid/simple. I'm extremely happy with this release and comparably low price. I think a 500-1000 print run with one or two items is more than fine for an exclusive, especially when the price can be kept at under $40. I hope Kimchi continues to release using this formula... and of course I will take as many Disney classics as my wallet can afford :)

P.S. I'm happy to see that most if not all of the people who lucked out the first time were able to jump in.

Not so sure about the statement in bold though. Blufans hasn't reveal their slips yet, so we still can't tell which version is better. If you're talking about price-wise, Kimchi is the winner for sure. But knowing Blufans, they haven't disappointed fans with their slips yet. So, let's just wait and see. :movie:
