Hi apologies if this has been answered earlier in thread, i am getting my extra item refunded. on my kimchi account it shows up as new order without the extra item but i have not recieved a refund yet, do i need to email them details to get the money or will i receive refund when items are shipped? anyone know, dont want to contact Tony at Kimchi if i dont need to.
