Well since you are asking for just one i would have to say the Original Amazon John Rambo Steelbook Uncut is the most valuable one i own...unless the CA IM or IAL or German Wanted is more valuable....

I only paid "peanuts" for the JR one.

As for percieved value .... Iron Man Canada and IB Box Set. Highest I paid for a steel ever was $79 tho, and was neither of those.

But I have many 09 releases that I think will gain in value.

Most expensive steelbooks in my collection are Inglourious Basterds (DE), Death Race (DE), and Star Wars Clone Wars (NL). I think a sealed/mint copy of these three cost about $50-$60 each nowadays. I got IB and Clone Wars for about 23 euros each. I got Death Race off ebay for $45.
