I love their releases but I kind of hate supporting them for the fact that they don't even attempt to make it better for the people buying these. It's my least favorite place to order from now. We rearrange our schedules and get up in terrible hours of the night to try our hardest and secure a copy, and run into this same crap EVERY single time. I have missed out on 2 of my favorite movies because of stuff like this now.

I can't speak for their other Amaray exclusives, but Under the Skin was every bit as much of a disaster as their steelbooks.

Oh, I didn't know that, I skipped that one. With American Hustle, The Fall, My Name is Khan, Wadjda, The Perks of Being a Wallflower and Big Eyes, the whole process was very smooth.

But this... this is really bad, especially in regard to Plain Archive's servers (always great as far as I have experienced), and Kimchi even improved after a few cockups... Meanwhile, Nova haven't learned anything since Drive.
